Terms of service

-As all items are made to order there is no returns at all. If you have placed your order but have yet to receive your dispatch order, we MAY be able to cancel the order depending on if your item has been made yet. If the item has been made but not yet dispatched, we can only refund the postage and not the item or alternately continue with the order.

-If there is any issue at all with your item this needs to be brought to our attention within 14 days of your item being marked as delivered, you can do this via messenger or emailed to us (kingscraftsuk@gmail.com) Your item will need to be completely unused and still in the packaging.

 If your item has been used / washed etc unfortunately even if this is in the 14 days this will not covered for a refunded or replacement. All items need to be checked when they arrive, any issues after this are out of our control as we provide the correct care instructions with any orders that need to be washed to make sure they are kept in the best condition.

-As stated in most our listings;  We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual colour of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a slight difference in colour between what is shown on the site and the final product. This means if your colour is slightly lighter or darker than what your screen shows this is something we have no control over and no refunds / replacements can be made due to this, please take this into consideration when ordering.

-If you have made any spelling mistakes / variation / address mistakes we can change this if you notice before we have made the order. If your order has been made and you realise after this we cannot offer any refunds / returns as this is no error on our part.

-If your item is damaged in transit please let us know so we can raise with our courier, this will also need to be brought to our attention within 14 days of item being delivered, this can be done via messenger or email (kingscraftsuk@gmail.com) please be aware a response from the courier can take up to 30 days to investigate any lost or damaged parcels.
