1. Returns & Refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Customised or personalised items can only be returned if they arrive damaged.

Buyers are responsible for return postage, which must be a tracked Royal Mail service.

As stated in most of our listings: We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual colour of the item in person. However, due to differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.), there may be a slight difference in colour between what is shown on the site and the final product. This means if your colour is slightly lighter or darker than what your screen shows, this is something we have no control over and no refunds or replacements can be made due to this. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is damaged in transit or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Include photos of the item and packaging and your order number so we can investigate how to help.
3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Customised/personalised items (unless damaged) are non-refundable.
