Delivery Processing / Turnaround Time

Our current time between receiving your order and posting is 1-5 business days this is depending on our stock levels and how busy the shop maybe at the time of ordering. If you would like to know when your order would be made and sent more accurately then please email us with which items you require and how many at kingscraftsuk@gmail.com Please include which country the item would be shipped to also.

Postage to UK addresses - If your address is in the UK at checkout we offer 24 or 48 hour tracked via Royal Mail.

Outside the UK addresses - If your address is out side the UK your shipping will be send via either international standard (approx. 7 working days, in busy times this can be up to 25 working days) or international tracked (approx. 5 working days, in busy times this can be slightly longer) this will be dependent on the weight and cost of the item, this will calculated for you and shipping price will be fixed at checkout.

ON THE RARE OCCASION IF THE ITEM DOESN’T ARRIVE / ARRIVES DAMAGED AT ALL FOR ANY REASON PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AND WE CAN TRACK / INVESTIGATE / LOOK INTO THIS FOR YOU
