1. Order processing: We process orders in 1–4 business days.

2. UK delivery: 24 or 48-hour tracked Royal Mail delivery options are available at checkout.

3. International delivery: Only certain products ship internationally. Delivery is 5–25 working days, depending on location and item size/weight.

4. Returns & exchanges: Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days. Customised items only return if damaged. Buyers are responsible for return postage, which must be a tracked Royal Mail service.

5. Damaged in transit: Contact us within 14 days with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number so we can investigate how to help.

6. Custom orders: We can create custom designs. Contact us before ordering at kingscraftsuk@gmail.com.

7. Order not received: Check your tracking. If delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.

8. Order mistakes (spelling, address, etc.): If the order hasn’t been made or sent, and we see your email first, we can rectify it. Contact us as soon as possible.
